We process personal data exclusively on the basis of a legal ground, for specified, clear and legitimate purposes, and to the extent necessary for the respective purpose (data minimisation). All processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR.

3. Data Collected
3.1 When visiting the website
When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits technical data that is stored in server log files: IP address (anonymised after 7 days), browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, as well as the date and time of access. This data is technically necessary and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3.2 With the contact form
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company and your message. This data is used to process your enquiry and, if you are interested in our products, to enable contact by our sales team. The data is transferred to HubSpot (CRM) and stored there. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
3.3 When using the teamly app
The teamly app processes employee data (e.g. name, email, shift schedules) on behalf of the respective company as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A separate data processing agreement (DPA) is concluded with each customer.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use the following types of cookies:
Session cookie (technically necessary)
Required for the login area (customer portal). No opt-in required. Expires after the session.
Analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 for the anonymised analysis of usage behaviour. The IP address is anonymised in the process. You can object to the collection of data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
