AI transparency under the EU AI Act
We label AI-generated content in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), whose transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026.
Some of the images on our industry pages, as well as the hero videos, show photorealistic people generated with AI, such as care workers, construction workers or service staff. These depictions carry the European Commission's official labelling symbol, directly on the image or video and visible on first exposure. The label looks like this:
Photos of our team and our customers are real photographs, not AI. App screenshots, pictograms and illustrations are schematic depictions without real people and therefore do not trigger a labelling obligation. All published content is reviewed by us and subject to our editorial responsibility.
The symbol comes from the European Commission (EU icons for labelling AI-generated content). As of 13 August 2026, responsible: Tim Trinkies.
