How good is the translation quality?
We use state-of-the-art AI models (comparable to DeepL Pro). In shift work, care, and production contexts this delivers near-flawless results, tested by native speakers.
Which plan includes AI translation?
Included in the Enterprise plan. Available in the Business plan as an optional add-on.
Can employees also see the original?
Yes. With one click they switch between original text and translation, transparency is standard.
Are images and videos also translated?
Text and image captions are translated. For videos we can add automatically generated subtitles in the target language on request.
Does the data stay in Europe?
Yes. We exclusively use AI providers with servers in Europe. GDPR-compliant, no data flows to the US.
